🛍 Orders & Payments

Q: How do I place an order?
 Simply browse our collections, select your size, and add to cart. Checkout is secure through Razorpay with multiple payment options.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
 Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as we process them immediately for discreet shipping.
Q: Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
 Yes, we do offer COD across most pin codes in India. Please note:

• COD orders may carry an additional handling fee (if applicable, shown at checkout)
• The courier partner may contact you to confirm availability at the time of delivery
• COD is not available for high-value bulk orders

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will delivery take?

• Tier 1 cities: 2–4 business days
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days

Q: Will my order be shipped discreetly?
 Yes. All AMOA orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no product details visible.
Q: How do I track my order?
 Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also log in to your AMOA account and view “My Orders.”

📦 Returns & Exchange

Q: Can I return or exchange my lingerie?
 For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds.
 If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, we will issue store credits once verified with an unboxing video.
Q: How long are store credits valid?
 Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

👗 Products & Sizing

Q: How do I know my size?
 Each product page has a size chart with measurement instructions. If you’re unsure, size up for comfort.
Q: What fabrics do you use?
 We use soft, breathable fabrics carefully chosen for comfort, durability, and elegance.
Q: How should I care for my lingerie?
 Hand wash separately in cold water with mild detergent. Do not wring, tumble dry, or iron. Lay flat to dry.

🔒 Safety & Privacy

Q: Is my data safe with AMOA?
 Yes. We follow strict Privacy & Security practices. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, and we never share your personal details with third parties beyond what’s necessary for delivery.
Q: Is there an age restriction?
 Yes. AMOA products are intended for 18+ customers only.
