Returns and Exchange Policy

At AMOA, your trust is our highest priority. Given the intimate nature of our products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. To ensure every customer receives products that are untouched, safe, and discreetly delivered, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on lingerie, roleplay sets, or body stockings once sold.

1. No Returns or Refunds

  • All sales are final.
  • Due to hygiene and safety considerations, lingerie, roleplay products, and body stockings are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Refunds and store credits are not issued for these categories.

2. Nightgowns (Limited Eligibility)

  • Only nightgowns may be considered for store credit in the rare event of a defective or damaged product, or if a wrong item is delivered.
  • Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery at hello@amoa.in, along with:
    • A clear unboxing video showing the product at the time of opening.
    • Order details and invoice copy.
  • If verified and approved, customers will receive store credits equal to the order value.
  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be transferred or converted into cash.

3. Packaging & Discretion

  • All AMOA products are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no product details on the outside, ensuring complete privacy.
  • In the event of a return (nightgown only, if approved), the product must be:
    • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
    • Returned in secure packaging to prevent damage in transit.

 

4. Order Not Received / Lost in Transit

  • If an order is marked “Delivered” by our Shipping Partner but not received, you must report it within 72 hours of the status update.
  • Delayed complaints (beyond 72 hours) may not be eligible for investigation.
  • AMOA will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and let you know the findings, and take appropriate action of refund or store credit as comfortable for the customer.

 

5. Incorrect or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a wrong or damaged product, report it within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
  • For lingerie, roleplay, or stockings: no return or exchange is possible even if incorrect sizing is ordered.
  • For nightgowns only: store credits may be issued if the claim is validated.
